Ready to race

READ CAREFULLY. This agreement affects legal rights, including claims for ordinary negligence. Adult participants age 18 or older sign this form for themselves. Each driver signs separately.

Activity and risks

In exchange for permission to participate in simulator racing at Senoia Sim Racing LLC in Senoia, Georgia (“SSR”), I understand that the activity includes use of racing seats, direct-drive force-feedback steering wheels, pedals, shifters, screens, sound and vibration equipment, and entering and exiting the cockpit.

Risks include sudden or strong steering-wheel movement; finger, hand, wrist, arm, leg, neck or back strain or injury; pinch points; slips, trips or falls; dizziness, nausea, eyestrain or headache; and sensitivity to flashing images or sound. Equipment malfunction and other participants’ actions may also cause injury or property damage. Injuries may be serious. I knowingly and voluntarily accept the risks described above and other risks reasonably associated with this activity.

Safety responsibilities

I will follow staff instructions, receive the safety briefing, and ask for help with fit and adjustments. I will keep hands, hair, clothing and belongings clear of moving parts, use only designated supports when entering or exiting, and not change equipment or force settings without permission. I will not participate while impaired. I will stop and notify staff immediately if I feel pain, dizziness or other symptoms, or notice unsafe equipment. SSR may stop participation for safety reasons.

I will consider whether my health or any existing injury makes participation unsuitable and seek medical advice if uncertain. I may request assistance or stop at any time. SSR does not provide medical clearance.

Release of ordinary negligence claims

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY GEORGIA LAW, I RELEASE SENOIA SIM RACING LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS FROM MY CLAIMS FOR PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING FROM MY PARTICIPATION, INCLUDING CLAIMS CAUSED BY THEIR ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE in equipment setup, inspection, maintenance, instruction, supervision, or the condition of the participation area.

This release does not cover gross negligence, reckless or willful misconduct, intentional wrongdoing, or any liability that cannot lawfully be released. It does not release claims belonging independently to another person.

Duration and agreement

This continuing agreement has no fixed expiration date and covers my initial and all subsequent visits and participation after signing, while the described activities and material risks remain substantially the same. SSR will require a new agreement for material changes, including the introduction of a motion platform. Georgia law governs. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder applies to the extent permitted by law.

I have read and understand this agreement, had an opportunity to ask questions, and sign voluntarily. If signing electronically, I consent to electronic records and intend my entered signature and affirmative acceptance to constitute my signature. I may obtain a copy.
